  I walked in at 9:30am there were 27 people in line. This location has no drive thru tellers or teller assist ATM's. Out of the 27 individuals standing in line only 4 were actual account holders. The cash checks for non acct holders. They have no special line foe commerical account holders so you will stand in line with non acct holders that are cashing their paychecks. I've stood for 52 minutes and only halfway in the line now. Bank of America needs to either have more than two tellers at this location or install teller assist machines. This is the worst banking customer service I have ever received. This is definitely a corporate issue as the tellers at this location are working as fast as they can. I've been a client of B of A for over 20yrs and now I am rethinking my decision to stay a client.

  Worst banking experience EVER!! TWICE we've tried to make an ATM withdraw...no money comes out...yet it's deducted from our account balance. It is an act of Congress to get the money back. ATM's always out of service. No drive thru banking. Long lines inside. Only 2 tellers EVER. They place holds on EVERY CHECK...even if you're simply depositing A BANK OF AMERICA CHECK!! Don't deposit a check in the ATM...automatic 10 DAY HOLD...even for $200!! Woodforest even beats BoA. Hands down!! Go to Community Resource Credit Union if you can.
