  If I could give negative stars I would. Parking is lousy and the place is heavily understaffed. One year before Christmas, I had such a horrible experience here that I was bawling my eyes out. I had used the ATM at the front door to deposit cash to my WF account it jammed. So not only did my cash NOT get deposited, but I was told there was nothing they could do other than begin an investigation which would take weeks. I sat in one of their banker's offices, on hold with their customer service, got accidentally hung up on, shuffled around to another office because it was someone's lunchtime, all the while the staff treated me like I was an inconvenience to them. I could understand that if I were a rude person, but anyone will tell you that I'm non-confrontational to a fault. The cash I deposited was my paycheck, bills were due and it was just before Christmas. I have worked in banking before and would be ABHORRED if a customer of mine got treated that way. Anyone thinking of using this branch, do yourself a favor and use the office on Eagle Drive.

  Very slow and bad costumer service. The bank never seems to improve its problems. Baytown definitely needs another Wells Fargo branch. The least they could do is add more tellers at this location.
